Selected candidate will manage current and future sales negotiation of program target settings, objective setting, and final price settlements to meet business objectives. Will be responsible for leading all domestic sales activities and direct supervising distributors.

Responsible for establishing strategies, policies and procedures governing the sales activities for at least two major brands.
Will continuously develop and expand a position of influence with key customer decision makers.
Will be responsible for customer information flow in reference to financial, deliver, and quality issues.
Assist in development of Sales / Marketing / Brand strategies to ensure consistent growth and market share.
Successful candidate will have relevant experience (in sales management) with an extensive understanding of the food manufacturing process. Must have wide, in-depth market knowledge and the ability to predict and understand changes.
Must have strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
The person will be, the same, a hands-on sales manager, a goal-oriented strategic thinker and a highly informed trader ready to lead top of the line brands.
