EMA Partners welcomes Roman Molek who joins their Czech & Slovak office as Senior Consultant and FMCG Practice Leader based in Prague.
Roman has a Professional Diploma in Management from the British Open University in Prague and also holds an MBA from Nottingham Trent University. He started his career in FMCG, holding the role of Sales Director and then Country Manager for Johnson Wax. In 2007, he became the General Manager of Adecco.
As of 2008, Roman worked on private projects, including the founding of www.kamworld.com, an internet forum for the Czech FMCG industry. He has also been working successfully as a Coach, and has completed several senior search assignments for international clients in the FMCG and B2B industries.
