Romania makes no exception: our Client presenting (that is from both local production and imports) products which hold leading positions and relevant market share for several categories. The short term strategy for Romania implies placing the local subsidiary on a leading position at both national and regional level, so that it will provide the capabilities to cover the CEE region.
Scope of the Role:
This position will play a pivotal role in the sustaining the implementation of the company’s development strategies and tactics in Romania, based on the agreed strategies and in close cooperation with the Group HQ.
In this view, the Group plans the development in 3 main directions: production, exports and local distribution.
Personal Skills:
We’re looking for a tier one Executive Manager with a minimum of 10 years of operational management experience developed within a successful player in food production industry.
One who is by nature entrepreneurial and creative, oriented towards continuous and aggressive growth, business development, and work with people collaboratively to achieve goals.
He or she will be asked to demonstrate their ability to plan for and manage change and growth of facilities and services.
