Our Client is an multinational group, focused on being the leading
supplier of technologies and strategic inputs that assists the delivery
of sustainable and profitable food production solutions for primary producers in the agriculture business.

Being listed on the ESM and AIM markets of the Irish and London Stock Exchanges
respectively. Headquartered in Dublin, our client is present in the United Kingdom,
Ireland, Poland, Ukraine and Romania.

The Group started its expansion in 2013 by buying 2/3 of a large company located in
Ukraine. Then, in 2015 it completed the acquisition of two top-tier companies that provide micro and macro inputs in Romania and another group in Poland later in the same year.

In Romania, our client became one of the leading competitors after investing more than 50M in acquiring two of the largest companies in this field.

Position: HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will partner with the various stakeholders to develop,
implement and execute the HR agenda required to achieve the business strategy and goals.
Relevant stakeholders will be represented by the leaders of the Group as well as of the
two entities acquired. Short-term HR objectives include the alignment of the two major
organisations acquired recently with the Groups’ culture and standards.

Responsibilities:

The HRBP will develop, implement and execute HR Agenda and the consequent HR processes
and tools necessary for: training and organizational development, engagement and reward, recruitment projects and building an internal communication between the two companies and the group.
Will provide expert advice and coaching to operational and corporate leaders and field
partners when appropriate to deliver high levels of engagement and performance, ensuring
that an aligned culture permeates the organisation.
Will ensure there is a compensation strategy in place that retains and engages great people.
Will work collaboratively with both operational and corporate leaders to implement the
actions, ensure they are in line with standardised HR processes and internal clients needs,
and ensure engagement and business readiness for these activities.

Main challenges:

Holding responsibility for HR processes, structure and content.
Running or implementing the projects related to the HR areas.
Being accountable for the results of HR KPI’s (HR dashboard for a country) in
cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
Building alignment in HR areas between country and Group standards.
Promoting all new HR tools and processes in the country.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience on similar position (preferable in international
organisation).
Knowledge of HR tools and processes. Autonomy.

Execution, motivation and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand business needs.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
