A person with sales experience with infrastructure construction materials or industrial goods, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities on assigned market; will establish plans and strategies to maintain and expand the customer base matching the corporate growth plan in the area.
Job Summary
The future Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, guiding, co-coordinating and supervising all sales activities on the assigned market. He/She will establish and develop strong business partnerships with potential customers and related partners, set objectives and implement strategies to ensure profitable and effective sales of the company's products.
The proper fulfillment of accountabilities should contribute to the consolidation of SUPERLIT company’s activities in Balkan Area. At the same time, it should build the company’s exemplary market reputation and excellent competitive position.
It is indicated that Serbia would be the preferred country of location, but not necessarily.
The ideal candidate has good financial understanding and is capable to successfully initiate consultative selling negotiations, realizing / maintaining long term relationships with clients.
Principal Accountabilities
• Analysing, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for potential partners across Balkan Area (Contractors, Project & Design Companies, Consulting Companies, HEPP developers, local authorities in infrastructure projects)
• Representing the company and mantain regular contacts with customers
• Monitoring budget developments for the accounts in specified area and ensuring the follow-up of contracts
• Periodically drawing up and handling to the Sales Director special reports and proposals referring to the market requirements and competition and also market features upon the activity of SUPERLIT ROMANIA
• Discussing together with Sales Director meetings results and negotiatons strategies
• May investigate and evaluate customer complaints
• Analysing and developing knowledge of competitors strengths and weaknesses
• Being responsible for gathering information on the market
Reporting and Internal Contacts
The future Regional Sales Manager with Superlit Romania will directly report to the Sales Director of Superlit Romania, located in Romania.
He/She will closely work with the entire Sales Department.
Professional Skills
• University degree in engineering
• several years of experience in an international business environment
• ideal working experience as Sales person in industrial area preferably for a company with products comparable to Superlit
• proven commercial qualities by developing long lasting large accounts or growing existing accounts
• has a sound knowledge of the market and its developments
• high understanding of the market changes and their impacts
• fluency in written and spoken English and Serbian languages and / or other languages from the assigned area
