In the last years the company has been developing and delivering complete multi channel software packages for the banking industry and has been awarded many times for the quality of their products. Currently the company has operations In Europe and it is represented in few countries of the Middle East region.
General objectives of the function:
•Participate in defining the sales strategy
•Implements the strategies for business development
•Build and mantain business network for promoting the company’s products on the Romanian market
•Meeting with the bank representatives and presenting the product’s portfolio
•Keep close contact and report to the HQ
•Responsible for budget achievement. Continuous attention at costs of local operations
•Competitor analysis
Required Profile:
•Previous experience in selling business-driven IT projects in the bancar sector
•Knowledge and passion for the technological innovations (smartphone skills)
•Advanced English skills with Business Proficiency
Personal Skills:
•Self-driven, willing to run company growth
•Entrepreneurial spirit, capable to manage change, strategic thinking
•Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive, and able to build strong business relationships
