Our Database is an instrument that ensures your details are registered in the most accurate way. After we have agreed on the level of compatibility, you will be contacted and invited for a meeting with one of the Advice Human Resources consultants. During this meeting, we will provide you all the information concerning the employers offer and, with your permission, we will continue the recruitment process.

We will draft the personal profile of the Candidate, containing information about the professional activities, the educational level and all other related skills.

There will also be held psychological and professional evaluations, taking into account the types of testing requested by the employer.

The personal profile will be submitted to the employer who will decide about the continuation of the recruiting process.


 meeting the employer
In case all the stages of the recruitment were successfully finished, you will be invited to an interview with the Employer, in order to clear up upon the mutual terms and conditions of your collaboration.

Advice Human Resources always get the feed-back from the Employer and will provide it to you. It is recommendable that you inform us about your impressions and conclusions after the interview. Our experience proved that the lack of this information could affect the decision of the employer.


 the employment
The employment, integration, as well as the development of the candidate will be supervised. There will be a permanent search for the most suitable ways for solving any possible difficulties.

It is very important that you decide, together with the Employer, upon all the aspects concerning the terms and conditions of the employment: the type and the duration of the contract, the starting date of the activity, the specific responsibilities of the job, the benefits granted by the Employer and so on.

Unfortunately, there is always the possibility not to be selected for an interview with the Employer or to get hired after the interview. In such cases, our collaboration continues
