Rudolf M. Fedorovici

Founder and Managing Consultant

Since 1998, a significant player in retained executive search in Bucharest, Romania. He's been one of the founders and the managing partner of Advice, back in 2001. 

Rudolf advises companies on strategic HR consulting issues and high-end executive search projects. Involved in a large number of assignments, typically covering first layers of executive or non-executive management and highly skilled experts.

A psychologist by education, Rudolf has started his consultant career in 1998, holding different leading roles in talent management, retained executive search, board recruitment and advisory.

For more than 8 years, Rudolf ran the Romanian office of a global retained executive search firm - EMA Partners International, serving the regional market.

 

For almost 14 years, he represented the local affiliated partner of Bernard HODES Group. 

Joined Odgers Berndtson Group as the SEE regional representative in March 2012. 

Since 2013, member of the Board of Directors of World Vision Romania, vice-chair in 2016.
