We have adopted a strict data minimisation approach to the management of candidates’ personal information.
Any transfer of information or documents between Advice Executive Search and candidates will take place exclusively through LinkedIn. This platform provides technical means through which candidates can manage the content they have sent. Candidates may also exercise their rights under GDPR, including the right of access, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection.
For this reason, CVs received by email or any other channel will be deleted immediately from our systems, without being saved or archived.
Advice Executive Search will access and process this data strictly for the purpose of evaluating candidates’ profiles for specific recruitment projects, current or future, provided that candidates have not objected to the processing, requested deletion of their data, or withdrawn access where applicable.
If a CV is sent through LinkedIn and the temporary download of the document is necessary for the proper conduct of a recruitment project, the document will be kept only in a dedicated folder, with restricted access, and will be deleted either upon completion of the project or, at the latest, within 6 months.
Communication with employer clients, as well as the transmission of candidate documents to them, will take place exclusively by email, with the candidate’s prior notification. Once the documents have been transmitted to the client, the client company becomes an independent controller for its own processing and bears the corresponding responsibility for the personal data in its possession. Advice Executive Search remains responsible for the lawfulness of the transmission of the data to the client.
All personal data provided to Advice Executive Search will be treated with strict confidentiality. No candidate information will be disclosed to any third party without prior notification and, where required, the candidate’s explicit and informed consent, except where disclosure is required by competent public authorities in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
