Ovidiu has joined Advice Executive Search Romania at the end of 2016.

 

Since then, he has been a key part of Advice Executive Search Solution. His experience goes across industries such as Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, FMCG, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Industrial and many others.

By working closely with internal and external stakeholders, Ovidiu defines the research strategy for all the projects. He is leading the process of identification and qualification of candidates, and the communication with them and inform the consultant of the progress, risks and status of the projects.

Additional to coordinating the research activity, Ovidiu provides business intelligence to both internal and external clients, talent-mapping projects, reference checking, salary benchmarking in virtually all industries. He is also the main contact in relationship with all the candidates (inside and outside of the recruitment projects).

Ovidiu graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law Science.
